Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Amaretto
0.5 oz. DEKī Bourbon
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Cane Syrup
1.0 oz. Egg White
Recipe
Add all ingredients to the shaker and dry shake.
*Note: Egg white will build pressure, so be careful when releasing the shaker not to create a mess
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry & a drizzle of Luxardo cherry juice.
ORANGE CREAMSICLE MARTINI
Ingredients
1.0 oz. DEKī Vodka
0.75 oz. DEKī Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz. Orange Juice
0.75 oz. Cane Syrup
0.5 oz. Cream
4 drops of Vanilla Extract
Recipe
Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass with ice.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
2.0 oz. DEKī Bourbon
Splash of DEKī Orange Liqueur
2 Dashes Cherry Bitters
Orange Wedge
Recipe
Muddle an orange wedge in the glass.
Add a single large ice cube.
Add DEKī Bourbon.
Add a splash of DEKī Orange Liqueur.
Add 2 dashes of Cherry Bitters.
Top with a Luxardo cherry.
REVOLVER
Ingredients
1.0 OZ. DEKī Coffee Liqueur
0.75 oz DEKī Bourbon
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Splash of Orange Liqueur
Recipe
Add the coffee liqueur & bourbon to a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.
Add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
Garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Vodka
0.5 oz. Cane Syrup
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
2 Slices Jalapeno
4 Slices of Cucumber
Recipe
Muddle the Jalapeño & 3 Cucumber slices with the simple syrup in the shaker.
Add vodka, lime Juice, and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain over a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.

0.5 oz. Dirty Martini Mix
Recipe
Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

DIRTY MARTINI

1.5 oz. DEKī Blackberry Vodka
0.25 oz. DEKī Orange Liqueur
0.25 oz. Cane Syrup
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Recipe
Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

BLACKBERRY COSMOPOLITAN
Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Lavender Gin
0.25 oz. Cane Sugar
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 Sprig of Rosemary
4 Slices of Cucumber
Recipe
Muddle 3 cucumber slices, rosemary & cane syrup in the shaker.
Add the lavender gin, lime juice, and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
ROSY CUCUMBER
Ingredients
1.5 oz. White Rum
0.5 oz. Cane Syrup
0.5 oz. DEKĪ Orange Liqueur
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
Recipe
Rim a rocks glass with Tahin.
Add all ingredients and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour into the rimmed glass with ice.
Top with soda water and a splash of grenadine.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
RUM RITA
Ingredients
0.75 oz. DEKī Mule Mix
7 oz. Sprite
Recipe
Add the Mule Mix & Sprite to a copper mug with ice.
Stir to mix and chill.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
MOSCOW MULE
Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Blackberry Vodka
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
0.75 oz. Mint Cane Syrup
2 Slices Jalapeño
Recipe
Muddle the mint & jalapeño with the mint simple syrup in the shaker.
Add the blackberry vodka, lime juice, and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour over a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
SPICY BLACKBERRY MOJITO
Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Lavender Gin
Tonic Water
Recipe
Fill a rocks glass with ice and add gin.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
GIN & TONIC
Ingredients
1.75 oz. DEKī Quarterdeck Spiced Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz. Orange juice
0.5 oz Sweetened Coconut Cream
Recipe
Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Garnish with a dash of ground nutmeg and an orange wedge.
DEKĪ COLADA
Ingredients
1.0 oz. DEKī Cinnamon Liqueur
0.5 oz. DEKī Quarterdeck Spiced Rim
6.0 oz. Hot Apple Cider
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a glass mug.
Top with whipped cream and a dried apple ring.
HOT APPLE PIE
Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Bourbon
1 Packet Swiss Mix Milk Chocolate
6.0 oz. Steamed Milk
Recipe
Add Chocolate Mix, Bourbon, and Steamed Milk to a glass and stir until well blended.
Top with mini marshmallows and use a mini torch to toast the top.
Garnish with a graham cracker.
SPIKED SMORES
Ingredients
1.5 oz. DEKī Vodka
1.0 oz.Lemon Juice
1.0 oz. Cane Syrup
Splash of water.
Recipe
Rim a martini glass with white sugar.
Add ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into the martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel (optional).
LEMON DROP MARTINI
Ingredients
2 oz. DEKī Coffee Liqueur
1.0 oz. Cream
0.5 oz. Chocolate Sauce
Drizzle of Chocolate Syrup
Recipe
Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with Chocolate Syrup (this is the fun part!)
Add coffee liqueur and cream to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into the martini glass and serve.
