0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Cane Syrup
1.0 oz. Egg White
1.0 Luxardo Cherry + Juice for drizzle

Recipe

Add all ingredients to the shaker (except the Luxardo) and dry shake.
*Note: Egg white will build pressure so be careful when releasing the shaker to not create a mess
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry & a drizzle of Luxardo cherry juice.

Muddle the Orange Segment & the Luxardo Cherry at the bottom of the glass.
Add a single large ice cube.
Add DEKÄ« Bourbon.
Add a splash of DEKÄ« Orange Liqueur.
Add 2 dashes of Cherry Bitters.

Recipe
Add the Coffee Liqueur & Bourbon to a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.
Add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
Twist the orange peel over the glass to express the oil and drop in as a garnish.

2 Slices Jalapeno
4 Slices of Cucumber

Muddle the Jalapeño & 3 Cucumber slices with the Simple Syrup in the shaker.
Add Vodka, Lime Juice, and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain over a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.

1 Packet Swiss Mix Milk Chocolate
6.0 oz. Steamed Milk
12 Mini Marshmallows
1 Graham Cracker for Garnish

Add Chocolate Mix, Bourbon, and Steamed Milk to a glass and stir until well blended.
Top with mini marshmallows and use a mini torch to toast the top.
Garnish with a Graham Cracker.

1 Packet of Dark Chocolate Mix
6.0 oz. Milk
Fresh Whipped Cream

Add Chocolate Mix, Coffee Liqueur, and Steamed Milk to a glass and stir until well blended.
Garnish with Whipped Cream.
CABIN FEVER
Ingredients

2 oz. DEKÄ« Coffee Liqueur
1.0 oz. Cream
0.5 oz. Chocolate Sauce
Drizzle of Hersey Chocolate Syrup

Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with Hersey Syrup (this is the fun part!)
Add Coffee Liqueur and Half & half to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into the martini glass and serve.
